The book is being launched today on world poetry day.
Tessie Barrett is a 90 year old woman from Kildare, who is launching her own poetry book.
Tessie was born in Kildare Town in 1932, she had 13 children, 11 of them survived.
The book is being launched on world poetry day on Thursday 28th April at 7pm in Kildare Town library.
Speaking on Kfm Tessie said: "I'm 21 and a bit, the bit is my own business," she laughed.
"I'm just a 90 year old woman looking for a toy boy," she joked.
She was saddened to hear the news of Kfm's Eoin Beatty's engagement.
"I can't have Eoin, he's after getting engaged," she jested.
