A site accommodating Ukrainians at Flood's Cross in Newhall, just outside Naas, will close on March 28th.
Hundreds of Ukrainian families were provided with accommodation in huts at the site last year.
The maximum capacity in the Newhall centre is for 985 people.
Just weeks ago, the Department of Integration told Kfm that discussions were ongoing regarding the site's future.
A spokesperson told Kfm at the time that the site is not being considered to accommodate individuals seeking international protection.
Kfm has contacted the Department of Integration to determine if this is still the case.
The site had been the subject of ongoing protests last year.
