Evidence presented in court indicated that before a 2012 drug conviction, Keatinge had been involved with the cartel by renting properties later used by known criminals.
Last Tuesday, CAB seized a house in Rathangan from Adam Keatinge, a showbiz drug dealer with alleged ties to the Kinahan cartel.
The Irish Independent reports that the High Court previously heard Keatinge, a DJ and music promoter, denied involvement in any criminal activity, despite a prior arrest and conviction related to the seizure of 1kg of cocaine.
Evidence presented in court indicated that before his 2012 drug conviction, Keatinge had been involved with the cartel by renting properties later used by known criminals.
In June 2016, Keatinge, who also goes by the names Marcus Lane and Michael Keating, was apprehended in Northern Ireland with €60,000 hidden in a van while en route to Belfast Airport for a flight to Amsterdam with two other men.
During the legal proceedings, a detective inspector described Keatinge as "a significant figure" within a gang led by a notorious criminal currently serving a life sentence for a gun murder linked to the Hutch-Kinahan feud.
