According to the compiled case studies, conducted by the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI), the affordability gap in these areas is approximately €62,000.

In contrast, the survey identifies the Northwest, Midlands, and Southeast regions as the most affordable areas for first-time buyers.
The affordability gap is notably lower in these regions.
