A man in his 40s died.
Gardaí are renewing their appeal for witnesses following a fatal road collision outside Kildare town that claimed the life of a man in his 40s.
The incident, involving a car and a pedestrian, happened on Monday, December 30th, at around 6pm, on the R445, the Kildare town to Monasterevin Road.
Anyone who was travelling in the area at the time, or who may have dashcam footage from that stretch of road, is being asked to contact Kildare Garda Station.
