Helicopter Deployed As Four Men Arrested In Rathcoole Following Garda Pursuit

The force says a "managed containment operation" took place involving the Garda helicopter, and was brought to a stop in Rathcoole at around 9.15pm last night.

Four men have been arrested and charged after allegedly failing to stop for Gardaí last night.

The force says a "managed containment operation" took place involving the Garda helicopter, and was brought to a stop in Rathcoole at around 9.15pm.

Four men in their late teens, 20s and 30s abandoned their vehicle but were arrested a short distance away.

All four were charged in connection with dangerous driving and theft related offences and appeared before Tallaght District Court this morning.
