Jake's Law Cannot Be Applied In Kildare Until Completion Of Speed Limit Review.

The bye-law will cut speed limits in all housing estates to 30 kilometres per hour.

Jake's Law still cannot be implemented throughout Co. Kildare.

The legislation enables the reduction of speed limits in housing estates to 30 kilometres per hour.

122 estates in the Kildare/Newbridge Municipal District are among those to whom the limit will apply.
