Fianna Fáil Cllr Naoise O Cearuil, of the Clane Maynooth Municipal District and party mate, Fianna Fáil Cllr Carmel Kelly of the Naas MD, have been appointed, respectively, to the roles.
Kildare County Council today appointed Cllr Naoise O Cearuil and Cllr Carmel Kelly as Cathaoirleach and Leas Cathaoirleach respectively, at the Annual meeting of the County Council in Newbridge Town Hall.
