Long security delays continue at Dublin airport.

Kildare fliers should consider using Shannon, Cork and Knock airports.

That is the view of Aer Arann founder, Pádraig Ó Céidigh as long security delays continue at Dublin airport.

Ryanair has called for the army to be brought in to help deal with the staffing crisis, but the D-A-A "simply bringing in bodies" isn't enough.

Spokesperson, Graham McQueen says training takes time.

With passengers being advised to arrive three and a half hours before their flight, the Aer Arann founder Pádraig Ó Céidigh thinks other Irish airports should be considered.
