Ryan Murphy, of Curragh Plains, is accused of the unlawful killing of Ryan Weir Gibbons, who died in hospital a few days after being found unresponsive at Magee Terrace on 26 October.

Gardaí said they are still awaiting full directions from the DPP, and that post-mortem results may not be ready for about 14 weeks.
Murphy's solicitor confirmed a High Court bail application is scheduled for Tuesday.
Murphy was remanded in custody to 10 December, and the judge said he must appear in person if bail is granted before that date.
