A total of 31,384 new residential addresses were recorded over the year to June.
GeoDirectory said this represents a 17.1% increase on the same point a year ago.
A total of 1,599 new residential address points were recorded in Kildare.
A further 1,659 residential buildings were under construction across the county in June 2024.
Meanwhile, there's a 'chronic shortage' of second hand homes for sale across the country.
