Kildare Sees Steady Rise In Households Joining €600 Per Month Scheme To Host Ukrainians

The scheme supports people hosting Ukrainians who arrived under the EU Temporary Protection Directive.

Participation in the Accommodation Recognition Payment scheme continues to rise in Kildare.

The scheme supports people hosting Ukrainians who arrived under the EU Temporary Protection Directive.

Kildare now has 787 properties registered for the €600 monthly payment as of July 13th.

That’s up from 729 in January of this year and 281 at the start of 2023.

Nationally, more than €339 million has been paid out since the scheme launched in July 2022.
