The incident occurred between the hours of 5:50pm and 11pm on March 5th.
Gardaí are investigating a burglary in Naas which happened on the evening of Thursday, March 5th, between the hours of 5:50pm and 11pm.
The residents returned home to find the side gate opened, and proceeded to find one of the side doors of the home smashed.
Entry had been gained with the bedrooms and kitchen ransacked.
A sum of money and a number of jewelry items were taken.
Gardaí are appealing to anyone who may have seen suspicious activity that evening in the arches area in Castle Farm in Naas to contact Naas Garda station on 045 884 300 or any Garda Station.
