Kildare’s Rain Warning Brought Forward To 9am As Remnants Of Storm Claudia Approach Ireland

A Status Orange alert for heavy rain in Dublin, Wexford and Wicklow will be in effect from 12 noon today until 8am tomorrow.

Met Éireann has updated its rainfall warning as the remnants of Storm Claudia approach Ireland.

A Status Orange alert for heavy rain in Dublin, Wexford and Wicklow will be in effect from 12 noon today until 8am tomorrow.

Meanwhile, Status Yellow warnings are in effect as of 9am this morning across thirteen counties, including Kildare.

Alan O'Rielly from Carlow Weather says this will lead to flooding in many areas.
