The cost of an NCT will increase by 5 euro, while a re-test will rise by 12 euro.
Locals will be hit with a €10 increase in fees for the price of a driver licence and learner permit from next year.
They'll rise to 65 and 45 euro, respectively, under changes announced by the Road Safety Authority, which will take effect from January 1st.

They said the increases are part of business planning for the coming year, including a planned €18m expenditure on "public interest activities and government priorities".
