A man has died following a crash in County Carlow.
The collision, involving a car and a truck, happened on the N80 at Graiguenaspiddeog shortly after 6.30 this morning.
The N80 Carlow to Wexford road at Ballybeg is expected to remain closed for a number of hours.
A technical examination is due to take place shortly.
Local diversions are in place.
Gardaí in Carlow are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed this incident or who may have video footage, to come forward to them.
