Kildare Champions record 1-18 to 1-10 quarter final win in Clane
Maynooth have a Leinster Club Hurling Junior Championship semi final to look forward to.
The Kildare champions will continue their provincial campaign following an eight point quarter final victory over Trumera in Clane
The sides were level at 5 points a piece at half time.
Maynooth had built a three point lead before Graham Kenny scored the opening goal.
Trumera raised the green flag just after the waterbreak, and then cut their deficit to two points.
Maynooth had a strong finish though, hitting 6 unanswered points to claim the 1-18 to 1-10 win.
