Nearly a third of completions in Q1 2025 were in Dublin, with another 20pc in Kildare, Louth, Meath, and Wicklow.
The number of new houses built in the first three months of this year is down slightly compared to last year.
CSO figures show there were around 4,150 houses built by the end of March, a drop of around 80 houses compared to 2024.
