Among them is a 50-year-old career criminal, believed to be the gang leader.
Gardaí have arrested three alleged senior members of Ireland’s most prolific burglary gang in a targeted operation in north Kildare on Saturday night.
Among them is a 50-year-old career criminal, believed to be the gang leader.
The gang is understood to have been linked to over 500 burglaries nationwide in the last two years.
The arrests follow a spate of criminal activity by the west Dublin gang, which has been active in the north-west and Kildare regions.
4 vehicles have been seized, including a high performance Blue BMW, and a substantial amount of suspected stolen property has been recovered.

All three suspects are being held under organised crime legislation and can be detained for up to seven days.
According to the Irish Independent, the gang has used advanced tools, including a 5G signal jammer, to disrupt garda communications during their burglary sprees.
