Liffey Bridge Construction is seeking leave for 65 homes, include 56 duplex/apartments and 9 houses.
The firms application includes 85 parking spaces, 71 bike spaces and is fir a site at Collinstown.
KCC is scheduled to issue a decision on July 20th.
