Shops Told To Remove Macroom Buffaloumi Cheese Over Listeria Risk

The implicated 180g packs have a Batch Code of 3107 and a use-by date of the 20th of January 2026.

A cheese product has been recalled due to the potential presence of listeria.

The Food Safety Authority of Ireland has recalled a batch of Macroom Buffalo Buffaloumi.

The implicated 180g packs have a Batch Code of 3107 and a use-by date of the 20th of January 2026.

Retailers have been instructed to remove the implicated batch from sale and display recall notices at point-of-sale, while consumers are advised not to eat the implicated batch.
