Tomorrow morning's Kildare Today programme will be following up on the issue
Some students and parents in Caragh and Kill were left in limbo this morning, as the buses for secondary schools in Naas didn't show up.
Speaking to Kfm, parents have explained how their children were left stranded on the side of the road, with no way to school.
It's understood that no correspondence from the bus operator or Bus Eireann was issued, so parents were unaware the buses weren't going to show.
In an email seen by Kfm, one school principal has contacted parents to say that the bus won't be collecting students from the schools in Naas this evening, to bring them to Kill and Caragh; therefore parents will have to make alternative arrangements.
The email does however state that the buses will be back in operation tomorrow.
Kfm has contacted the operator and Bus Eireann for comment and tomorrow morning's Kildare Today programme will follow up on this.
