Beechgrove House in Naas fetched €1.25 million, while Kellsboro House in Kilbelin, Newbridge, set on 46 acres, was sold for €1.2 million.
Additionally, No. 2 St John's Park South, St John's Grove, Johnstown, was acquired for €1,040,000.
