Three Motorists Fined During Naas School Run As Children Were Not Wearing Seatbelts

Each driver received three penalty points and a €120 fine for each unbelted child.

Three motorists were fined €120 and given penalty points after Gardaí detected children travelling without seatbelts during the school run in Naas this morning.

Naas Community Policing says the offences were identified this morning while Gardaí assisted Kildare County Council traffic wardens at school crossings.

Each driver received three penalty points and a €120 fine for each unbelted child.

Gardaí are reminding parents and guardians to ensure children are properly restrained on every journey.
