KCC is seeking the opinions of local people.

A public consultation on Leixlip's Draft Town Renewal Plan closes today.

The nationwide Town and Village Renewal Scheme was introduced in 2016 and is one of a series of government measures designed to rejuvenate rural towns and villages

Kildare County Council says "We are actively pursuing opportunities to rebalance our streetscapes into people-orientated rather vehicular-orientated spaces"
