The incident occurred on the 16th/17th July
Gardaí in Maynooth are appealing to the public for information following a burglary that took place overnight between 7:30pm on July 16th and 7:30am on July 17th in the Cluain Aoibhinn estate.
A residential property was broken into during this time.
The homeowner awoke to discover the sitting room window open and two sets of keys missing from the house.
Further inspection revealed that his white Ford Transit van (registration number 221D17642) had been stolen.
Additionally, a black Riese & Müller e-bike was taken from a shed at the rear of the property.
Gardaí are asking anyone who may have seen suspicious activity in the Cluain Aoibhinn estate on the night in question, or who may have information about the stolen van or e-bike, to contact Maynooth Garda Station at 01-6292830.
