On Wednesday, a large burst on the water main occurred in the last cul-de-sac, in Ryevale Lawns, Leixlip.
Irish Water note due to repairs on the main, supply to houses in the area may be lost or experiencing low pressure.
Works are expected to be completed by 1pm today.
The utility body advises residents to wait 2-3 hours, following restoration time, for supply to fully return.
