There's just under a third in senior executive roles in large companies.
Meanwhile female representation on Boards stands at 22 percent, up 2 percent since 2019.
Administrative and Support Services had the highest proportion of female board membership at 33 percent, while Construction had the highest male board membership at 94 percent.
