The journalist was shot dead in Derry in April 2019.
Two more people have been arrested in connection to the murder of Lyra McKee.
The suspects are aged 24 and 29 and have been taken to the Serious Crime Suite at Musgrave Police Station in Belfast.
The 29-year-old journalist was killed while watching riots in the Creggan area of Derry city on April 18, 2019.
Three men have already been charged in connection to her killing.
