Two people and a dog were rescued by the Courtmacsherry lifeboat crew off the coast of west Cork yesterday evening.
It came to the aid of a pleasure craft off the Barrells Rock near Garrettstown.
That was after it suffered engine failure on its trip from Courtmacsherry to Kinsale.
The boat was then towed by the RNLI to the nearest port of Courtmacsherry.
