334,000 people are receiving the payment.

The number of people receiving the Pandemic Unemployment Payment has dropped by over 29,000 his week.

Nearly 334,000 people will receive the payment, at a total of €102 million.

Almost 26,000 people have closed their claim and returned to work.

Dublin is the county with the highest number of people on the PUP this week, followed by Cork and Galway.

The sector with the highest number of people receiving the payment is Accommodation and Food Services.
