The bank says changes will leave just 200 employees in the city.
More than 400 jobs are to be lost or relocated from Dublin as part of plans from Deutsche Bank.
250 roles will be moved from the capital to other parts of the world, which the firm says will help simplify it's banking operations.
It will also cuts its contractor workforce, which is believed to be around 200 staff.
Following these changes, the Bank say there will be 200 employees still in Dublin.
Deutsche Bank has had offices in Ireland since 1991.
