An investigation's underway after a teenager was killed in a workplace accident in Co. Waterford.
It happened in Dungarvan yesterday afternoon.
Gardai say the boy was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Health and Safety Authority has been made aware and a file is being prepared for the coroner.
