A Young Boy Has Died In Hospital Following Crash In Cork

This crash happened on the Cork Road into Carrigaline at the Ballinrea roundabout on Saturday morning.

A young boy has died from his injuries after a crash in Cork last weekend.

Gardaí are asking anyone who saw the incident to get in contact.

A young boy who was on his bicycle at the time was seriously injured in the collision.

It has been confirmed this morning he passed away from his injuries in hospital yesterday evening.

Gardaí are asking anyone who was in the area at the time to come forward.

They're also asking for anyone who may have dash-cam footage to make it available.
