Court of Appeal finds in favour of Meath site owners
A multi-million drug rehabilitation centre in County Meath, linked to the Church of Scientology, has been given the green light by the Court of Appeal.
The court today upheld a High Court ruling that An Bord Pleanala was wrong to decide the facility at Ballivor required planning permission.
The case was taken by the owner of the site, The Narconon Trust.
