Commercial Director Geraldine O'Leary has taken early retirement, while Director of Strategy Rory Coveney resigned yesterday.
Chief Financial Officer Richard Collins and Director of Content Jim Jennings are also not on the new leadership team.
Adrian Lynch remains as Director of Audiences, Channels and Marketing, as well as continuing on as Acting Deputy DG, while Director of Legal Paula Mullooly is also retained.
Among the new faces include Head of Public Affairs Vivienne Flood, Group Financial Controller Mike Fives and Deputy Content Director Niamh O'Connor.
Head of Strategy and Commercial Compliance Conor Mullen is also included.
