A psychiatric assessment has been ordered for a man who threatened a woman, her baby and two busloads of children while armed with a knife in Dublin.

He faces four charges, including for weapons offences, after two incidents of threatening behaviour on Parnell Street and Gardiner Street on Tuesday May 28th.
Speaking to Judge Alan Mitchell via video link today, he insisted he had a different name, was representing himself and that he was a captain in the British army.
Judge Mitchell asked for a short psychiatric report on Mr Peavoy to address his fitness to plead and remanded him in continuing custody to appear again on June 19th.
