The 2022 Women's Health Plan is being launched on International Women's Day.
It will see new development funding of 31 million euro this year - up from 4 million in 2020.
The plan includes three new specialist menopause clinics, 2 more regional fertility hubs and period poverty initiatives across local authorities.
Lactation consultants will be provided in every maternity unit along with perinatal mental health services.
