David Hall, wrote to Justice Minister Heather Humphreys last week.
The former chairman of Inner City Helping Homeless is calling for an investigation into sexual assault allegations made against its former chief executive.
In a letter to the Justice Minister, former chair David Hall has also called for support for complainants in the case involving Anthony Flynn.

"David Hall, wrote to Justice Minister Heather Humphreys last week in relation to the handling of allegations against former Dublin City Councillor Anthony Flynn.
Earlier this year allegations of sexual impropriety surfaced with two men, one a client of the organisation, coming forward.
When the charity was notified of the allegations by gardaí, Mr Flynn was suspended from his role as chief executive - he died by suicide last month.
Following Mr Flynn's death, Mr Hall stepped down as chairman after being warned of his personal security by Gardai, and since his resignation a further two men have come forward with allegations against Mr Flynn.
In his letter to the Minister, Mr Hall outlined concerns about a lack of a "coordinated response from state authorities".
