New bill will see cases going to WRC.
Kildare workers with children under 12 will be able to take their employer to the Workplace Relations Commission if they ignore their flexible work request.
A new bill currently going through the Dáil will give workers with children the right to request flexible working options.
Under the new bill employers must respond within four weeks and if they do not comply their workers can go to the WRC.
