Temperatures could reach 29 degrees
Today could be the hottest day of the year, according to Met Eireann.
It is after Roscommon broke 27 degrees Celsius yesterday to take the yearly record so far.
Temperatures of between 24 and 28 degrees are expected throughout the country, with the possibility of up to 29 in some areas.
