The Garda involved in the N7 crash in which three members of a notorious burglary gang died has been charged with three counts of alleged dangerous driving and one count of alleged endangerment.
An inquest into the deaths of three men on the N7 in Dublin has been adjourned, as criminal proceedings against a Garda are underway.
The men died instantly when their car burst into flames in July 2021 as they drove the wrong way down the road
The inquest of the men was due to resume this morning at the Coroner's Court in Dublin.
However, GSOC was granted an adjournment as the case is going before the courts.
A Garda is to face criminal proceedings in relation to the incident.
