Man in his early 60s found on Old Navan Road, Mulhuddart.
Gardaí in Blanchardstown are investigating the unexplained death of a man in the early hours of this morning.
At approximately 2:50am, Gardaí received reports of a male with unexplained injuries on the Old Navan Road, Mulhuddart.
The man, aged in his early 60s, was taken to Connolly Hospital Blanchardstown where he was later pronounced dead.
The results of a post-mortem to be conducted today will determine the course of Gardaí investigations.
Gardaí are appealing to any road users - particularly taxi drivers - or pedestrians who were in the Old Navan Road/Blanchardstown area between 12am and 3am and might have video footage to come forward.
