The single car collision happened at Dunmore in Carrigans just after 7pm yesterday.
The driver of the car, a woman in her 30s, and two passengers were taken to Altnagelvin Hospital and the road was closed for a technical examination.
Gardaí are appealing for anyone who was travelling on the road between 6.55 and 7.05 to come forward.
