No arrests have been made, and Gardaí are appealing for witnesses to come forward.
Gardaí are specifically urging passengers who travelled on the number 13 Dublin Bus from Clondalkin between 9:00 pm and 10:00 last Saturday to come forward, especially those who disembarked at the bus stop on St. Cuthbert's Road and went towards Grange View Road.
They're also looking to speak to anyone who was in the Tower Road area of Clondalkin between 9:30 pm and 10:15 pm, or in the Grange View Way area between 10:00 pm and 10:30 pm.
