The man had been stabbed to death
A man is due in court this morning charged in connection with the death of another man in West Dublin.
Brian Hogan was found in the garden of a house at Collins Place in Finglas at around 7pm on Friday night.
The 39 year old had been stabbed.
Paramedics treated him at the scene but he was pronounced dead a short time later.
Two men in their 30s were arrested that same night.
One of them has been released and a file will be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
While the second man has been charged in connection with the death.
He's due before Blanchardstown District Court this morning.
