Over 65's Eligible For Another Booster From Today

Immunocompromised people can also register for the booster

Around 750 thousand people are eligible for another Covid booster jab from today.

Anyone over the age of 65 and those who are immunocompromised can resister to receive another vaccine.

They're being administered through vaccination centres, GP's and pharmacies, while they will also be rolled out to nursing home residents and those who are housebound.

However Dr. Damien McCallion - Head of the HSE's vaccination programme - says there does need to be a gap between the third and fourth doses.
