Plans for a new 300,000 square foot industrial park in south Dublin have been announced.
The Irish Times reports that plans for the first four units at South West Business Park have been submitted, with a fifth application expected to be submitted later this month.
Located just off the N7, the site will also be capable of accommodating up to 30 lorries and includes office space and a greenway.
