Antigen testing and viewing pods will allow thousands to attend.
Sharon Shannon and Gavin James are among the acts playing at a pilot music festival at the Royal Hospital Kilmainham.
The event is part of a series of pilots aimed at safely bringing back music and culture to Irish audiences.
Antigen testing and viewing 'pods' will allow 3,500 people to attend the festival.
Testing for attendees has been ongoing since yesterday.
Kevin O'Brien from CodeBlue says the majority of people have come back negative for Covid-19.
Dr Robert Ryan from Medmark says anyone who takes an antigen test and returns a positive result will not be allowed attend.
