In the Kildare/Carlow Division, Gardaí attended 55 collisions in 2025, up from 41 in 2024 and 35 in 2023.
Meanwhile, the Waterford/Kilkenny Division recorded 24 incidents last year, compared to 17 in 2024 and 27 in 2023.
Overall, Garda attendance at M9 crashes rose from 58 in 2024 and 62 in 2023 to 79 in 2025.
The figures were released following a parliamentary question from Deputy Wall to the Minister for Justice.
